EMCID ROLE
A seasoned marketing and communications veteran with more than 30 years in commercial real estate, Kim leads brand, marketing and communications strategy for the East Montgomery County Improvement District (EMCID). She combines creative instinct with a metrics-driven approach to elevate EMCID’s brand visibility and strengthen its reputation among area residents and external stakeholders. Her collaborative leadership aligns talent and drives execution in support of EMCID’s mission to grow business development and enhance quality of life across East Montgomery County.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Prior to EMCID, Kim served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications at the Signorelli Company, where she directed brand and communications strategy across the company’s commercial, land and homebuilding divisions. Kim joined Signorelli after an 18-year tenure with commercial real estate firm Transwestern, most recently serving as Chief Marketing Officer. A member of the Transwestern Board of Directors and Executive Committee, Kim’s leadership responsibilities included internal and external corporate communications, media relationships, advertising and marketing services for the Transwestern companies. Earlier in her career, she held marketing roles at Trammell Crow Company, one of the industry’s most established commercial real estate firms.
