The East Montgomery County Improvement District recently completed the first portion of the building that Elevation Land Solutions will call home. The building was funded in part through a $1.5 million grant by the U.S. Economic Development Administration. It will also house GTX Productions and Future Frame USA in the EMC Industrial Park.
Elevation Land Solutions provides land development, engineering, surveying, and construction management services to help build master-planned communities. The Elevation team starts with raw land and transforms those spaces into vibrant communities.
Elevation is fortunate to have several projects in the East Montgomery County area. Their new office location in the EMC Industrial Park is designed for 40 employees and allows their construction and survey departments to be in close proximity to area projects. Elevation’s Houston Region President, Jon Unterreiner, PE, is a long-time resident of the EMC area and has been involved in the community for over 20 years, and is a recent past Chairman of the Greater East Montgomery County Chamber. The firm’s corporate office is in The Woodlands.
