Crystal Moore

As a lifelong resident and small business owner in EMC, Crystal Moore joined the EMCID Board of Directors to become more involved in her community and highlight small businesses.

Growing up in the community and seeing it evolve into the fast-growing side of the county, Crystal sees how beneficial the growth is and how it impacts residents and small business owners.

“As a business owner, I can empathize with the businesses who have been here for decades,” said Crystal. “I can also see the struggles and obstacles the new businesses face trying to become established. I believe we can have growth in this community that benefits both spectrums of business without imposing an impact on our residents.”

As an EMCID Director, Crystal wants to work with her fellow directors to improve the dynamics of the processes and procedures of the operations of the improvement district.

“I want to be a strong, honest voice for the residents and businesses within the district,” said Crystal. “One of my favorite things about this community is the small town feel with the amenities of a larger town.”

Director

When she is not serving on the EMCID Board of Directors and working at Moore Texas Air, Crystal supports charities and nonprofit organizations in the community. Crystal is an active board member of the East Montgomery County Republican Women Organization and president of Love Heals Youth – a nonprofit organization providing counseling services to foster group homes.

Crystal is married to Randy and committed to raising their three girls and granddaughter in this community.

“My family has always been close, and we are each other’s biggest fans. My girls have grown up serving this community and look forward to every adventure and event,” said Crystal. “We do everything together. When we are not serving this community or working at the barn with FFA projects, we enjoy activities outdoors together.”

Her term expires in 2026.
