The East Montgomery County Improvement District recently completed the first portion of the building that Elevation Land Solutions will call home. The building was funded in part through a $1.5 million grant by the U.S. Economic Development Administration. It will also house GTX Productions and Future Frame USA in the EMC Industrial Park. The EMC Industrial Park consists of approximately 800 acres of land with additional acreage for expansion and is home to more than
