‘Tis the season for safe shopping during the holidays in East Montgomery County. Every year, EMCID provides funding for extra patrols during the holiday season with the Safe Shopper Program in collaboration with deputies from the Constable Kenneth “Rowdy” Hayden, Pct. 4 Constable, Montgomery County, TX.
Pct. 4 Constable’s Deputies increase patrols around high-traffic areas like Valley Ranch Town Center, the Walmart Supercenter in Porter, and many other places.
“Since 2012, we have partnered with EMCID to provide more proactive area patrols around our high-traffic commercial shopping districts in East Montgomery County,” said Precinct 4 Constable Kenneth “Rowdy” Hayden.
