Public Hearing for EMCID's Grant Application

The community is encouraged to attend and submit input at the East Montgomery
County Improvement District (EMCID) public hearing on Tuesday, May 26, regarding the submission of an application to the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department (TPWD) for Local Parks grant funding.
The public hearing will take place at 6 p.m. at The Atrium Center, 21575 Hwy. 59 in New Caney.
The meeting agenda will include discussion related to the community’s needs, the
proposed project scope, budget considerations, eligible activities associated with the
grant application, and the overall application process.
EMCID welcomes public participation and values community feedback as part of the
grant application process.
Individuals with disabilities who plan to attend and may require assistance are
encouraged to contact EMCID at 281-354-4419 in advance of the meeting. Those
needing auxiliary aids or services should contact the district at least two days prior to the hearing to allow appropriate accommodation to be arranged.
