EMCID's Officers of the Year Ceremony

Every year, the East Montgomery County Improvement District is honored to recognize local law enforcement officers nominated by their respective departments at the Officers of the Year Ceremony.

This year's ceremony will be held on Monday, February 24, at 6 p.m. at the Nathaniel Center, located at 804 Russell Palmer in Kingwood. Roy Firestone, a seven-time Emmy Award-winning and seven-time cable ACE Award-winning host, interviewer, narrator, writer, and producer, will be the special guest speaker.

Firestone was featured in the Academy Award-winning film Jerry Maguire. He played himself in a scene with Academy Award-winner Cuba Gooding Jr. and also has numerous television credits including Everybody Loves Raymond and Married with Children.
