The East Montgomery County Improvement District (EMCID) and The Signorelli Company are pleased to announce that Academy Sports + Outdoors, Chili's, Chick-Fil-A and El Pollo Loco are the next round of tenants to join Sam's Club and Kroger Marketplace at the much anticipated Valley Ranch Town Center, one of the largest retail developments in the greater Houston area.
Brady Wilkins, Executive V.P. for the Commercial Division at Signorelli, stated, "We are currently in negotiation with more than 45 additional tenants, including other retailers, full-service and fast food restaurants and a broad range of entertainment from a multiplex movie theater to family entertainment and fitness."
"The announcement of the additional tenants for the Valley Ranch Town Center is exciting for us all," said Frank McCrady, President/CEO of EMCID. "As new retailers join this development, expect to hear about it from EMCID by way of newsletters, news releases and our website and social media sites."
The Valley Ranch Town Center, located on 240 acres at the intersection of U.S. Highway 59 South and the future Grand Parkway in Porter, is planned to include more than
1.8 million square feet of retail, dining and entertainment options. Additionally, walking paths, park space and lakes will be nestled throughout the Town Center, which is situated within the 1,400-acre master planned community of Valley Ranch.
The first phase of the development is expected to open in September of 2016.
